We enjoyed amazing ocean views from the terrace and loved the afternoon Brazilian Cafézinho in the lobby. The gym on the 18th floor had spectacular views too!

My stay at Grand Mercure was excellent. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Copacabana beach, making it convenient for both work and leisure. The breakfast offered a delightful range of options, including freshly baked pastries and a variety of juices. The staff was incredibly attentive and efficient, catering to all my business needs with prompt service.

During our stay, the air conditioner in our room was loud and emitted a musty odor. It made the atmosphere uncomfortable, and we struggled to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, we noticed that some of our personal items went missing, and despite reporting it, the staff couldn't resolve the situation by the time we checked out. This experience left us feeling uneasy and frustrated.

Had a nice 2-night stay with my fam. The view from our 10th floor room was breathtaking, and being able to fully open the windows felt great! Super spacious king bed, clean room every day, and the WiFi was fast. Pro tip, skip the interconnected doors if you can, it's noisy! Tried breakfast out nearby since we wanted to explore more.
